A client medical history/intake form must be filled out before a massage treatment can be given. Please understand that there are no exceptions.

Scheduling is done by appointment only. It is asked out of consideration for your therapist and other massage clients that a 24hr notice be given if you are unable to keep an appointment. It is understandable that emergencies do come up and there is a need to cancel on a short notice and this will be taken into consideration.

At this time soul2sole massage will accept cash, check or money orders. If a personal check is returned for NSF a $30 returned check fee will be charged.

Certain conditions will forfeit the massage session; severe or contagious illness, including flu and colds. Sexual misconduct will not be tolerated and will result in immediate end of session. Minors under the age of 18 must have parent's written permission and under the age of 14 parents are asked to remain in waiting room during session.
