Aromatherapy consists of the use of pure essential oils obtained from a large assortment of plants which have been stem distilled or cold-pressed from flowers, fruit, bark and roots. Take note that "Fragrance Oils", "Perfumes" and other artificially made substitutes for essential oils can not produce the same amazing results as PURE essential oils.
